Billing & subscription help

Contact support with your question about your PASSFAN subscription. Do not email full payment-card details.

SMS & messages

Tell us which type of message you need help with and when the issue occurred. Avoid forwarding other people's private information unless necessary.

Downloads & exports

For help with Accountant Pack, Personal Records, reports or receipt archives, tell us the export type and your device or browser. On iPhone, complete the system share or save sheet, then return to PASSFAN. Do not send a financial archive or receipts unless support specifically needs them and has agreed a suitable way to receive them.

Technical problems

Include your device type, app or browser, and the steps that led to the problem. Remove personal information from screenshots before sending them.
