These are the external companies that help us operate PASSFAN and may process personal data on our behalf.
Cloud and app service provider
Helps run the PASSFAN apps, including authentication, data storage, backend services, security checks and notifications.
Email service provider
Sends PASSFAN account, service and application emails.
SMS service provider
Sends text messages and processes delivery-status information.
Email communications provider
Handles correspondence sent to and from PASSFAN support and privacy email addresses.
Website hosting provider
Hosts the public PASSFAN website.
Receipt and OCR service provider
Processes receipt images and text when receipt extraction is requested.
Other external services
Native app, video, map and externally linked resource services may receive information when their features are used. The service involved depends on the device, link or resource selected.

This page does not assert UK-only processing or a particular international-transfer safeguard. Contact privacy@passfanhub.co.uk for processing enquiries.
Changes to this list will receive a new version or last-updated date and an additions/removals entry. Where a contractual notice obligation applies, PASSFAN will follow it.
