Your data belongs to you. If you delete your account, PASSFAN will prepare a usable export and give you 30 days to download it. A successful download starts a 48-hour safety period before irreversible deletion.
You remain responsible for downloading and securely retaining records required by HMRC or other law. PASSFAN is not your permanent statutory archive.
